So when it is to be done on the buyer him or herself treat this as something of utmost importance and find a good and practiced doctor who knows what he is doing.
Many horror stories abound about burst breast implants and collapsing noses etc. so be sure that the doctor chosen is up to the job at hand. This should be researched thoroughly before any arrangements are made so that the buyer can be confident of the results.
