This place is called the Celestial Plane of Existence. Every living thing and beings in the Universe are differentiated into the seven planes. They are divided into the seven planes of existence through the notational rates at which their atoms vibrate. Nutational vibration is a product of the spin on the subatomic particles. Each nutational vibration rate is set in perfect octaves which determine that each nutational rate has a frequency that is double of the one below it. But the planes are not built on top of each other and have a dwelling place for God at the top. Each coexists within each other. The surface that people live on is also the place where the other six planes exist. The nutational rate at which every particle vibrates allows the perfect harmony of the seven planes but does not allow them to see, feel, or experience each other.
You can only reach one plane when you have learned all that there is on the plane below it. And most believe that you will only experience traversing these planes when you are transformed into your own astral body, or when your soul is separated form your body, allowing you to traverse other planes at will. The Celestial plane of Existence is the seventh and last plane of existence having the highest nutational rate. It is also called the Godhead, or the place where God resides. Everything exists according to God's imagination, and those that are created by God reunite with him at the Godhead. This place is an ever expanding force of energy and each spirit that returns to it, having achieved the required degree of fineness, understanding and breadth of thought, will add to the eternal experiences within it. The soul that will return to the Godhead will still retain a certain amount of its individuality, but it will still be in complete harmony with the other thoughts and forces. It is also where new Egos, Personalities, or Souls are made.
It is the very source of the life essence that gives life on Earth. Laws that govern galaxies and the universe are also formed here as each galaxy is organized. The Life Essences give life to every being in the seven planes of existence, men, heavenly being, plants and animals alike. The celestial plane of existence is a place of pure Spirit in which the Mind and the powerful force called Love originates as the One that projects and creates them resides in full harmony with His creation.
